1.Summary of Key Terms

1.1 Program Duration: 12 weeks with a specific start and end date.

1.2 Program Structure: Delivered via 5 Strategy for Success sessions, 3 Mindset for Success sessions, a live in person strategy day and access to training modules via the Evolve Training Portal.

1.3 Additional Resources: The Portal includes examples and templates for guidance. Participants will also be added to a Community group for insights and questions between sessions.

1.4 Total Payment Due: Amount to be paid in 3 monthly instalments as shown on the sales page at the time of registration.

1.5  Initial Payment: Required at the time of registration.

2. Application of Terms and Conditions

2.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Evolve Program ("Program") operated by Thrive Health & Wellness Business Coaching Ltd ("we" or "us"). By registering for the Program, you agree to these Terms.

2.2. The agreement between us ("Contract") becomes effective upon our confirmation of your registration and continues until the end of the 12-week Program.

2.3. If you are purchasing online, the order process is as follows:

2.3.1. Add the Program to the cart, proceed to checkout, and make payment as directed.

2.3.2. We will send you an email confirming receipt and acceptance of your registration.

2.3.3. If you make an error in your order, you may email us at hello@thrive-businesscoaching.com to correct it.

3. Program Delivery

3.1. All sessions will be scheduled in advance, and any changes will be communicated with as much notice as possible.

3.2. If you cannot attend any of the sessions, no refunds or make-up sessions will be provided.

3.3. The WhatsApp group is for participant engagement and support but is not intended for individual coaching outside of scheduled sessions.

4. Payment

4.1. All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 5.

5. Cooling-Off Period and Cancellation

5.1. You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of registration. During this period, you may cancel your participation by providing written notice to

5.2. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund, provided that the first live session has not taken place. If the first live session has occurred (regardless of attendance), no refund will be issued.

5.3. Beyond the 14-day cooling-off period, no cancellations or refunds apply.

6. Liability

6.1. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss suffered due to participation in the Program.

6.2. Our total liability shall be limited to the price paid by you for the Program.

7. General

7.1. You warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, you are at least 18 years old and all information you provide is true and accurate.

7.2. Communication with us will primarily be electronic, and you agree to receive notifications via email and WhatsApp.

7.3. These Terms are governed by English law, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
